Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount will be charged.

A deposit of 10% of the total reservation cost will be charged upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, family emergencies, or other personal circumstances. This policy also applies to monthly renters who modify their reservation, resulting in a shortened stay.
